My name is Theresa Jennings, a seasoned nurse with 21 years of nursing experience, the last 14 years specializing in NICU care. I have witnessed firsthand the challenges and opportunities that nurses face in today's dynamic healthcare landscape. Alongside my husband, we founded a company aimed at addressing some pressing issues in the healthcare industry.
