About Us

My name is Theresa Jennings, a seasoned RN with 22 years of nursing experience and 14 years specializing in NICU care. I have witnessed firsthand the challenges and opportunities that nurses face in today's dynamic healthcare landscape. Alongside my husband, we founded a company aimed at addressing some pressing issues in the healthcare industry. Issues like striving to enhance clinical skills of novice nurses, improving patient outcomes, retaining nurses by reducing turnover, fostering better communication between nursing staff and providers, or reducing overall costs, L.U.C.A. Coaching by tj is designed to address all these issues. We are currently working to use most current technology to be able to reach more nurses.
